Curiosity is at the foundation of everything I do. My work constantly changes in form, but I am always questioning my impulses, preoccupations, and subconscious in whatever medium I see fit. At the end of every day, I return to this same process. In a constantly changing life, I find refuge in the consistency of my art. I am dedicated to creating and believe it is an innate inclination of every person. My work allows viewers to reflect on what truths may lie beneath their original understanding. Conversely, through creating, I give myself the same opportunity. The creative process allows me to question my understanding of myself and the world around me. Every version of myself has found its solution through my work, and that is reflected. Despite a continuously growing portfolio, my work is an extension of myself, my identity, my voice. I am the artist and person I am today because I acknowledge and live with this truth.
Inspiration can be found in everyday life by recognizing that even the mundane can be revered. Art is a universal language in which I can translate those feelings regardless. My work may be fun, vulnerable, philosophical, or anything in between, but they all manifest a different version of myself I want to display. My background is as a Fine Arts with experience in a wide range of studios. I also enjoy Copywriting and Art Direction!
